Comet C/2018Y1 Iwamoto
This comet just made it's closest approach to earth. It is currently located in the constellation of Cancer with an approximate magnitude 5 which makes it visible in binoculars. It's a fast mover and is projected to dim to a magnitude 7.4 by March 1st.

And it should be clear on Saturday night BUT upon checking it turns out that the comet will be in close proximity to Luna and not be observable.
