Yes, I to am looking forward to this one. It holds something no other movie can provide for people my age (73), "participation". No one was there to even record Columbus setting foot on the Western Hemisphere. We didn't see the blast of the first atomic bomb until months after the fact. We have to be told about so many historical events. But not this one. We lived it. We "participated" as we watched in real time man's greatest achievement to date.

I've read that one scene intentionally left out of the movie is the planting of the US flag on the moon.
