The milky sky probably was the aurora- I've seen it before, when very dim the colors aren't readily visible (except to a camera), can appear gray, with perhaps a faint ruddy hue. At this point Monday's forecast for Dallas doesn't look promising, while some friends planning on VT told me the forecast there looks good- oh the danger of making decisions based on statistics!

Agreed on the garbage Mike, I am concerned about starlink, how long can they continue these launches before at any given instant there are a half dozen satellites in the sky?
