Jupiter/Mercury conjuction.
On the morning of October 10th and 11th, Monday and Tuesday there will be a conjunction between these two planets. You will have to be up 30 minutes before sunrise and have an unobstructed view to the east. Charts I have seen put it no more than 10 degrees above the horizon. Good luck to those who try to observe this conjunction.
