I tried to photograph Comet 41P last night. I took 20 exposures 60 sec each ISO 800 with my Nikon D7100 attached to 90mm Stellarvue refractor. I also took darks, biases, and flats. Very quick and dirty processing in Images Plus. As you can see, even with total of 20 minutes in exposures, the central area of the comet obviously moved.

Nice comet color. Rather interesting to see evidence of it's movement and on the plus side you have pin-point stars! Nice image
