Have you looked at the eastern sky lately when you step out to go to work in the morning? Man, what a sight! This show has been going on for awhile, and will go on for awhile longer as well. It's easy; wake up, go outside, look east.
Venus and Jupiter at 6:30 this morning, which is just a little too late to include dim little Mars, but very pretty just the same;

Re: Morning Planets
Nice, Mike.
Nice to see the Goddess of love and beauty and the God of sky and thunder are still dancing together since their last encounter in the West at Sunset.

Re: Morning Planets
Really nice, Mike!
I've been following these guys (Oh yeah, Venus is a woman) also, but just can't seem to have time to get them off
the camera. Heck, my lunar eclipse pics are still on the camera, too!
By the way, I can just SENSE you getting ready for the daylight occultation of Venus by the moon on Dec. 7. CALM down!!

Re: Morning Planets
Hi Mike , nice image, I have gotten up to take the dogs out a couple of times (around 4:00) and seen what you talk about the sky at about this time seems to be so still and peaceful and cold!!. But it's either get up to take of them or they leave"reminders " why I got up in the first place. Thanks for sharing the image with us.
