Jupiter & Venus @ Dusk

Unread post by rjbokleman »

Jupiter and Venus drawing closer together as the month continues. If you look closely you'll see 3 out of 4 of Jupiter's most visible Moons out of a total of 67. Ganymede off to the left w/Io and Callisto nearly overlapping each other very closely. To the right, is Europa.

Single frame, 3.2" @ ISO 200, f5.6.

One more from last night. This one was taken later in the evening during a nice break in the cloud cover.

Great stuff, Ron. I especially like the cloudy one. You can definitely see those moons in the full-res version.
