Luna and friends adorn twilight tonight

I never get tired of seeing the Moon and planets dancing in the sky together.
Forgot completely that I was standing in snow over my knees!
Glad you got to see them too, Don. For the newbies checking in...Mars is the dimmest object over brighter Venus, with the waxing crescent Moon.

Thanks guys,
It's great when we all see the same event and can comment on the board about it as if we were observing at the same site.
The other cool thing is the way we all captured the conjunction from completely different perspectives. 8)

Mike, that tree is in my way. Tonight, I just didn't have the strength to trudge through the snow to the other side of it to get my shots.
I'm investing in snowshoes, for sure!!
