Oh well, my last imaging session was a bust!
This was the result of my using a 75mm lens,(I'm too embarassed to admit it was also a zoom) on a tripod, and my poor eyesight making me believe I
was getting pinpoint stars at too long an exposure. Instead I was getting little hot dog shaped stars.
Pass the mustard!!

I know the rules!! Gaaaaa! :x :x :x

Bill,

If everything always came out perfect all the time then we would get bored. Those little errors just make me try harder. :P :P :P

You're absolutely right, Paul.
Thanks!
I'm proof that sometimes we get too sure of ourselves.

The good thing is that Lovejoy looked great that night, even with the Moon trying to blot things out.
I can't wait to see the comet after the weekend weather clears out!
