Antares region from Texas

So here is what maybe should have been on the calendar instead of the one we have there now.... :lol: :lol: :lol:

I took this while on vacation last week. T3i on the Astrotrac 30x5min @ISO800 processed in Images Plus. I will tell more about my Texas experience Saturday night. :roll: :oops: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Beautiful image Tom, you captured the nebulosity very well. I didn't know there was so much dark nebula and dust in that area. Nice work!

Sorry I won't be able to hear your talk on Saturday (Boy Scout camping/hiking trip w/my son this weekend), but hope to hear about it some other time.
