bluemax wrote:Wow! Very nice image. I hope I'm not stealing your thunder on this next thing Andy, but, on top of this great work on IC1396 from CSP (and home) are you going to share with the group what you and Dan found at CSP? You know, that object waaaaaayyyyy out there?
Thanks Frank. I wrote up an observing report but lost it when my session timed-out before I hit submit  I hit submit and it told me I needed to log-in, and after I did, my draft was gone. Ouch. So the lesson is, copy the content to the clipboard before you hit submit if it is more than a couple lines you do not mind losing.

Anyway, I just posted a new report in another thread. It was fun seeing you, Tom, Jerry, Dan, and Roger at CSP, looking forward to more events like that!

UGH! How well some of us that like to blather on the board know your angst! Personally, I've taken to drafting my longer missives in Word and then just pasting them in. That whole timeout thing (enter non-family-friendly word here)!

I feel your pain... Having been through the same frustrating end in the past ,
I now limit my descriptions of setting up for imaging, polar aligning, leaving things at home, etc.,

....to the use of four letter words.
